The City and County of San Francisco has announced the following community meetings for the cable franchise renewal community needs assessment:

- The City's community meetings are being hosted by an outside consultant in order to hear from local citizens & nonprofit organizations directly about the future of cable and related digital technologies in San Francisco.

- These meetings are the only opportunity that San Franciscans will have to provide public input on the City's future cable-related needs prior to closed-door negotiations between the City & Comcast later this year.
