CREW PRICING MODEL

Access SF facility rates include the support of (1) Production Facilitator, which is mandatory on all productions. The Production Facilitator is a skilled technician who can trouble shoot on behalf of the client, handle equipment needs, and offer administrative support. Based on the needs of your production, Access San Francisco reserves the right to require minimum crew coverage by its own staff at the following rates:

• Producer $600/Day
• Director $450/Day
• Technical Director $450/Day
• Camera Operator $350/Day
• Floor Manager $350/Day
• Audio Mixer $350/Day
• Switcher $350/Day
• CG / Tape Operator $350/Day
• Production Assistant $140/Day

- Senior crew involvement in pre-production and project consulting can be charged at a flat fee, per the production bidding process. NPO/EDU/GOV clients are offered a 25% discount on the above listed commercial day rates.

Several times each year, Access SF hosts touring groups of journalists, media experts and television professionals from around the world as part of an ongoing collaboration with the Institute of International Education. Pictured above is a group of African professionals in our main studio at a presentation given by our Executive Director, Zane Blaney, on the history of public access and community media. Other delegations that have visited the station have been from Eastern Europe and the Arab World.
