KEY TERMS
Access SF operates on a 10/hour day, 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Half days are charged at 5/hours. Crew is granted (1) half hour paid break per half day. Production in excess of 5/hours is billed at the full day rate. Production in excess of 10/hours is billed at an overtime rate. Weekend shoots are billed at a differential rate. All published rates are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCTION MEMORANDUM
Access SF will generate a unique Production Memorandum on a per client basis. First time clients are required to pay on a C.O.D. basis, with (50%) deposit due and payable upon signature of agreement. All other terms and conditions are subject to credit approval and at the discretion of Access SF. Production Memorandum(s) may include provisions for credit and assignment of copyright, where appropriate. Reasonable production expenses that are reimbursable to Access SF shall be defined in writing, in advance, but can include such items as cell phones, walkie-talkies, video tape, digital stock, craft service, transportation / parking costs, vehicle rental, City permits and other such expenses normal to film / video / television production. Access SF overhead and administration with respect its facility is billed to the client at 18.5%; overhead and administration with respect to field production is billed at 12%. Unless otherwise stated, agreements involving Access SF’s main studio generally include use of the conference room, kitchen, reception, Internet access/fax/copier, and a video viewing station.
