NONPROFIT TELETHON
On June 29th & 30th, 2007, Access SF produced its most ambitious LIVE program to date, a 12-hour fund raising telethon benefiting the station and (17) of its nonprofit members. The show itself included 110+ on-camera guests of all kinds, including: our nonprofit beneficiaries, a slate of local entertainers that came through every hour, a great hosting team featuring the fabulous DONNA SACHET, the station's key community partners, public access producers, board members, phone bank volunteers and more. This truly was a ground breaking local television event - one that we sincerely hope has put the station on its correct path towards a vital future that is sustainable and well-funded.
