OVERVIEW
Producer membership is required of Access SF Producers. Becoming a paid member is required before signing up for a Access SF time slot, submitting a program for cablecast as a special, or reserving equipment or facilities. Producer membership is annual and renewed each year in June as part of Access SF’s annual membership month. Pricing is pro-rated according to the month a person joins.
For the new fiscal year pricing are as follows:
• PRODUCER MEMBERSHIP: $36.00/yr
• DISCOUNT PRODUCER MEMBERSHIP: $24.00/yr
Reserved for seniors, students, disabled, or low-income individuals. Please submit the required separate waiver when joining at the discount rate.
• COMMUNITY SERVICE EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
Reserved for low-income residents of San Francisco only. For those who qualify, membership fees can be offset through (6) hours community service performed at a local nonprofit or (10) hours of volunteer service performed at the Access SF facility.
Access SF defines “low-income resident” in San Francisco based on the following criteria from the City’s Minimum Compensation Law passed in 2000. Individuals who earn $10.99/hour or less; Individuals currently receiving unemployment insurance; Individuals residing in households with annual incomes of combined wage earners based on the following formulas: Before taxes: single=less than $22,000/year; 2-person=less than $26,706; 3-person=less than $31,412; 4-person=less than $36,118.

HOW TO SIGN-UP
TO JOIN OR RE-NEW ACCESS SF PRODUCER MEMBERSHIP
• Fill out and sign the Producer Membership sign-up form.
• Fill out and sign the Anonymous Demographic Questionnaire (optional.)
• Submit both forms with your payment-in-full.
• Producer Membership payments can be paid in person or by mail.
FOR IN-PERSON PAYMENTS
• We accept cash, check, or money order made payable to "SFCTC" - San Francisco Community Television Corporation.
• To pay in person, simply come by the station located at 1720 Market Street (at Valencia) during open hours: Tuesday through Friday 3pm to 11pm or Saturday 11am to 7pm.

Producer Members and Discount Producer Members joining after July 1 pay a monthly pro-rated membership fee, $3/mos and $2/mos respectively, through June 30th. See more information below. The following is a breakdown of the cost for joining throughout the year:
